Forgot My Password

The "Forgot My Password" tool will send a password reset link to the email address that you provided during the myGeneva "Forgot My Password" sign-up process. 

If you did not specify an alternate email address as described above AND you have forgotten your password, or your password has expired, please contact the Information Technology Helpdesk:

Change my "Forgot My Password" email

The Change my "Forgot My Password" email feature will allow you to update/change the email address that will be used in conjunction with the "Forgot My Password" tool.  This email address will be used to send you a password reset link. NOTE, you must be logged in to use this feature.

Change my password

The "Change Password" feature will allow you to change your password at will.  A password cannot be changed more than once in a 24 hour period. NOTE, you must be logged in to use this feature.

Password Expiration

Users will be reminded of an expiring password within fifteen (15) days of the password expiring.  The Password Tool will prompt you to change your password; you can choose to "Change" or "Don't Change Yet."  You will be reminded each time you log into myGeneva until you have changed your password.
