About myGeneva

Alumni Accounts

Please note that separately, outside of Office365, you have an myGeneva Alumni Account when you need to order transcripts, pay bills, and other similar activities. Please note these are completely separate alumni accounts available to you and do not share the same password.
From any browser, go to the myGeneva portal by entering https://my.geneva.edu. Login is in the upper-right-hand corner:
1. Log in with your Username and your password. You may be prompted to create and verify a new password.
2. You may also be prompted to sign up for the Forgot My Password service. Provide an alternate, non-Geneva email address so that you can use the Password Self-Service feature in the event that you forget your password.
3. Once you are logged in, it will say Welcome back “Your Name” in the upper right-hand corner.
