Password must conform to the following rules:

• Password must be 10 or more characters
• Password can't contain the Username
• Password can't contain First Name OR Last Name
• Password can’t contain 3 or more sequential characters (like “123” or “abc”.)
• Password can’t contain 3 or more repeated characters (like “ttt” or “111”.)
• Must not be the same as any of your previous 24 passwords
• Password cannot be changed more than once in a 24 hour period
• Password cannot be in a previous data breach
